For local small businesses
Most small businesses are judged long before anyone calls—by a search result, a map listing, a review, an old photo, or a website that no longer matches the work. The Digital Reset looks at all of it, then hands you a modern website concept and a short plan that starts with the moves that cost nothing.
The reset is a fixed-scope service, quoted in writing after a short fit check. No result, ranking, lead volume, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
What you get / 01
Everything is written for the owner, in plain language, with the cost and the effort stated next to each recommendation.
Your website, search results, map and directory listings, reviews and replies, social profiles, and the path a customer actually takes to contact you.
What is already working, what is quietly costing you trust or calls, and the strongest first moves—without an audit vocabulary lesson.
The part people react to
A modern, fast, mobile-friendly concept built with your real information, on a private link. Something concrete to judge—not a mock-up pitch or a stock template.
Every action names the place, the words, the time it takes, what it costs, what to watch, and when to stop. Free foundations come before anything you pay for.
Ready-to-use text for review requests, listing descriptions, social posts, and replies—including calm draft responses to any public complaint we find.
The website source, a list of what everything costs and who owns it, and your launch options—useful even if you never hire us to install it.
Plenty of small businesses are told to buy a redesign, then buy ads to send people to it. That order is backwards, and it is expensive.
We start with the free corrections that stop losing you work today, then the proof that earns trust, and only then the things that cost money every month. If paid advertising is worth testing, it comes with a budget cap, a measure, and a rule for when to stop.
How it works / 02
Most of the work happens without you. We ask for your input twice: once at the start to confirm the facts, and once to react to what we built.
A short, free conversation about the business, what you want more of, and whether a reset is honestly the right thing to buy. You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.
We research the public presence, record what we find with its source, and score six dimensions against the evidence. You confirm the basic business facts and rights to any photos.
We build the website concept on a private link and write the 90-day plan. You see something real, not a description of something real.
One consolidated round of your feedback, then the finished package: concept, plan, words, source, and a clear list of what things cost and who owns them.
Kept separate
Installing the site on your domain, moving hosting, changing DNS or email, and redirecting old pages are quoted separately—after we check what a move would break.
Hosting, domains, advertising spend, ad management, listing subscriptions, and ongoing maintenance stay yours to approve. We tell you the cost; we do not bury it.
Online stores, booking systems, custom software, full rebrands, photography, and extra revision rounds are real work and get their own scope and price.
Cost / 03
We do not publish a number, because we will not quote a business before understanding what it already has. A price given before that is a guess, and guesses get corrected upward later. The fit check is free and the quote is fixed.
The Digital Reset improves how a business presents itself publicly and prioritizes low-cost actions. It does not guarantee search rankings, call volume, leads, revenue, or the outcome of any advertising test. Third-party platform rules and prices change, and recommendations are reviewed against current public information at the time of delivery.
Larger problem?
Brownrigg Technologies also builds custom applications, AI systems, Power BI reporting, Power Automate workflows, and data pipelines. The reset is deliberately small; it is not the ceiling.
Start / 04
Send the business name and the website or listing, and we will tell you honestly whether a reset is worth buying—including when the answer is that you only need to fix two free things.
